Lynx Storage Systems specializes in innovative ways to gather, store, retrieve, and manipulate massive quantities of data.  We do this by providing experienced engineers to develop and implement high-performance systems designed to help clients address the challenges of moving, managing and processing large stores of data. 

We specialize in enterprise-level applications with especially large storage requirements.  A particular specialty is in the implementation of multi-terabyte, fault tolerant, fast sustained-access data farms using the latest RAID technology and Storage Area Networks (SANs) in cost-effective architectures.

Lynx’s work in these application areas incorporates analysis, design, engineering, acquisition, integration, implementation, and tuning of high-volume, high-performance, shared data-storage systems including everything from the physical storage devices to the latest Storage Area Network (SAN) technology tuned to meet customers' specific operational needs.  We provide everything needed for resilient, high-availability storage environments. Our services include analysis of data storage/access requirements; design of the storage network topology; acquisition and installation of storage devices (including JBOD or RAID disk systems as well as fully automated robotic tape libraries), physical interconnects as well as the data-transfer network (e.g., Fibre Channel, Ethernet); and integration of the latest Storage Area Network technology - all tuned to meet clients' specific operational needs.
